CGN Esports is excited to announce the start of a new chapter. The start of our very own VALORANT talent roster for 2022.
Cologne, Germany – November 18th 2021 – As of today, we are finally announcing the start of our new talent project. As strong supporters of the German scene, we realized with discontent that the hottest national and regional prospects are in dire need of a professional environment. Something that enables them to reach the next level.
Since the start of VALORANT, only a handful of young DACH talents have made the cut to become professional VALORANT players. It has always been our drive to empower regional players to reach the top. Our new project will expand our support to the DACH scene even further.
Navid “Kapio” Javadi:
“Since I left mouseports as a professional player back in 2010, I worked with many international teams. But I always dreamed of building another German Allstar team. We already have some of the best Germans in our professional roster, but we also want to prepare the next generation, so that they may join them one day.”
Agents Range provides a great format and platform for upcoming players to move closer to the spotlight. They become known in the community and get their first experience in a fairly professional setting - with casters watching their every move and prize money and honour as final rewards. Due to the regulations of Riot our main team is unable to participate in those tournaments. We are however, very eager to support the growth of our local scene and thus keen on grasping the chance to be part of this community.
Sebastian “Sebe” Kruft:
“It has been an immense challenge to find German talents for our professional team, which is why I have been spending a lot of time building a network and learning more about the next generation. We want to use this knowledge to prepare rising talents for a professional gaming career. I’m already excited to see them on the server.”
Many fans are watching the DACH tournaments and follow their local community. We want to connect with those fans and show them our projects and brand.
Furthermore, it is quintessential for us to scout and empower the most promising DACH talents and give them a home in which they learn about sportsmanship, professionalism and esports, so that they can represent our region in global championships. We see a lot of potential in our scene and we are willing to invest in them, so that they may become #YOUNGSTARS

About VALORANT
VALORANT is a fast-paced competitive & tactical first person shooter, involving two teams of 5 players each. The first team that manages to win 13 in-game rounds, wins. This means that a game of Valorant can take up to 25 rounds. Players can choose their unique in-game characters, which are called agents, at the start of the game and buy different weapons at the start of each round. When a player dies, they will not respawn until the next round starts. This makes VALORANT a game in which even the smallest decision counts: good reaction times, aiming skills and knowledge are all key elements required to master VALORANT on a competitive level.
